I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with breathtaking views of Hilo Bay that really made the experience worth it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and paid attention to our needs, which added a personal touch. However, the hotel is showing its age and could benefit from some updates, especially in the dining area where prices feel a bit steep. The parking situation was great, and I appreciated the easy access to local attractions.
